Every summer we have a plethra of wild Mustang Grapes growing around the property. Every year I think it is a shame to not do something with them. This summer of 2008 we have given our first shot at creating a wild Mustang Grape wine. After consulting several online recipes and making some adapations we took it on. I will add the recipe & photos to this page soon. We picked almost 30lbs. and have almost 6 gallons fermenting. It will be about 4-5 months before actually bottling. We will taste some along the way, but hope to save most for 3-4 years.
